Ras Al Khaimah

Ras Al Khaimah is the ideal Emirate for a city break. With high-end beach resorts like Banyan Tree, where visitors can reserve suites with their own beaches and swimming pools, this is one of the UAE's favorite weekend getaway destinations.



Umm Al-Quwain and Ajman

These two Emirates are far less flashy than their rivals, yet despite not having as many monuments as Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Umm Al-Quwain are nevertheless reasons to visit the UAE, since each provides something unique. Ajman boasts both magnificent beaches and a rich history. The Ajman Museum, which was established beside the ancient Ajman Fort, provides more insight into the UAE's past.
