Key Responsibilities:
Disassembly: Remove damaged panels, upholstery, and accessories to access repair areas.
Dent Repair: Restore body contours by hammering out dents and reshaping panels.
Structural Repair: Straighten frames and body sections using hydraulic and mechanical equipment.
Panel Replacement: Install new or salvaged panels to replace severely damaged sections.
Surface Preparation: Apply plastic filler, then file, grind, and sand surfaces for smooth finishing.
Welding & Fabrication: Cut, weld, and join replacement sections to match original bodywork.
Reassembly: Refit repaired or new panels and reinstall hardware (locks, trims, etc.).
Additional Duties (May Include):
Assisting in constructing or restoring custom, vintage, and specialty vehicles.
Performing spray-painting and refinishing work.
